This pump is suitable for implementing layered production operations on two oil layers, and for oil wells with large pressure differences between the two oil layers. The pump adopts two pumps with different diameters connected in series, with the large pump at the top and the small pump at the bottom, forming a double pump single acting oil well pump, as shown in the figure. When doing homework, use a packer to separate the two oil layers to avoid the influence of interlayer differences. During the upstroke, the liquid from the two oil layers is sucked into their respective pump chambers through different fixed valve channels; During the downward stroke, the liquid in the two pump chambers is mixed and discharged into the oil pipe through their respective swimming valves and plunger inner hole channels.

Features:

2. Compared with traditional split pump, the upper pump adopts a single valve structure instead of a ring valve fixed valve, which is easy to install, reliable to operate, and has low oil flow resistance.

3. According to the pump diameter and strength, both the upper and lower pump barrels adopt a bridge type reinforced structure to protect the pump barrel from tensile and compressive deformation
