The K344 short rubber cylinder packer designed and manufactured by our company can be used for construction operations such as layered water injection, layered fracturing, layered acidification, and layered plugging in oil fields.
Structure and working principle
The K344 short rubber cylinder packer designed and manufactured by our company, when lowered to the predetermined position, applies hydraulic pressure from the oil pipe. When the pressure difference between the inside and outside reaches the predetermined pressure, the shear pin is cut, the rubber cylinder expands, seals the annular space of the oil sleeve, releases the pressure inside the oil pipe, and the rubber cylinder is retracted and unsealed.
main features
High voltage resistance. Adopting a double-layer steel wire structure, the pressure bearing effect is better, with a maximum pressure bearing capacity of 30MPa.
I won't be stuck halfway. In order to prevent midway setting during the drilling process due to stuttering, an anti setting mechanism has been specially added to make the drilling process smoother.
Added a locking mechanism to achieve sealing even under unstable pressure.
It can be used at multiple levels simultaneously and achieve the goal of layer by layer unblocking.
