The cleaning free wax scraper for sucker rods designed and manufactured by our company is a wax scraping device specifically designed for the operation of sucker rods in oil fields. The sucker rod wax scraper adopts two methods: metal knife wax scraping and rubber wax scraping. It can scrape off the hard and soft wax on the sucker rod when lifting the sucker rod, and discharge it from the wax scraping port of the scraper. The device has a simple structure, is easy to operate, is lightweight, and convenient to use. It has two types of connections: flange connection and clamp head (hub) connection, making on-site use very safe.
Structure and working principle
The sucker rod wax scraper mainly consists of the wellhead connection body, wax scraping rubber core, wax scraping blade seat assembly (steel wax scraping blades suitable for different specifications of sucker rods are embedded on the blade seat), spring, pressure adjustment screw, slag discharge pipeline, lifting short section and other components.
According to the structure selection of the wellhead, if the flange connection method is used, the bottom flange is seated on the flange surface of the large four-way joint. If the clamp head is used for connection, the equipped oil pipe short joint and clamp are installed on the clamp head of the large flange for connection. According to the different models and waxing conditions of the pumping rod, select the corresponding specifications of the wax scraping rubber core and wax scraping blade, adjust the squeezing force of the wax scraping blade on the pumping rod through the pressure adjustment screw in a timely manner, and rely on the lifting mechanism of the well repair operation to automatically and thoroughly remove the crude oil and dense wax, asphalt, and gum from the outer wall of the pumping rod. At the same time, the scraped crude oil and cement can be directionally discharged through the slag discharge pipeline.
