Our company's designed and manufactured integral pump barrel type oil well pump is designed and manufactured in accordance with API Spec 11AX 2015, GB/T18607-2017, SY/T5059-2009 and other standards. It adopts advanced domestic technology and has the advantages of reasonable design, high pumping efficiency, corrosion resistance, and wear resistance. The main components of the pump are: the inner hole of the pump barrel is treated with chrome plating or nickel phosphorus composite plating, the plunger is treated with medium carbon steel surface spray welding nickel based alloy, and the valve ball and valve seat are made of 9Cr18Mo, 6Cr18Mo or hard alloy, which has the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high hardness, and long service life.
