The hydraulic anchor designed and manufactured by our company mainly consists of a central tube, piston, hydraulic anchor body, anchor claw, pressure bar, and pressure head.

Working principle: During water injection, the hydraulic anchor is driven by the liquid pressure inside the oil pipe to move the piston, compress the hydraulic oil in the sealing chamber, and transfer the pressure to the anchor. As the pressure gradually increases, the anchor opens and gets stuck in the casing, playing a role in anchoring the pipe string. When the injection is stopped, the pressure of the oil sleeve is balanced, and the piston returns to its original position under the action of a large spring force. Hydraulic oil flows back, and the internal volume of the anchor claw increases, resulting in a decrease in pressure. The anchor claw retracts under the combined action of spring force and the pressure of the oil sleeve annular liquid column.

Main features

After the hydraulic anchor works, the anchor teeth pop out and the inner cavity of the anchor teeth is filled with sealed hydraulic oil, without any other liquids or magazines invading. It is clean and lubricated, providing a good return environment for the anchor teeth.

When hydraulic anchors encounter unpredictable factors that cause the sealing ring of the anchor teeth to fail, the sealed hydraulic oil leaks out, and the piston moves to the stop point, but it can still isolate the space between the oil pipe and the casing, maintain the pressure of the oil pipe does not decrease, and the water injection string does not fail. The pressure resistance value is relatively high.

When the anchor claw is retracted, the force is strong. Anchor claw recovery force=oil sleeve pressure difference+large spring force+anchor tooth spring force.

The external surface of the components is nickel phosphorus plated, which effectively protects the steel body and has a good anti-corrosion effect.
