The Y344 series packer is mainly used for layered water injection, high-pressure water injection, acidification, and plugging.
Structure and working principle
The Y344 series packer mainly consists of a power mechanism, a sealing assembly, a seat locking mechanism, a well washing valve assembly, a sealing mechanism, etc. When the packer is set, the high-pressure liquid pushes the flushing piston upwards, sealing the flushing channels of the inner and outer center pipes; While pushing the sealing piston upwards, a piston drives the locking sleeve and the rubber cylinder seat upwards to compress the radial deformation of the rubber cylinder. At the same time, the snap ring enters the serrated mouth of the lock sleeve, locking the radially deformed rubber cylinder, so that the packer always seals the annular space of the oil sleeve.
When backwashing the well, the high-pressure liquid at the wellhead acts on the flushing piston through the inlet hole above the sealing section, pushing the flushing piston downward and opening the flushing channel. The high-pressure water enters the annular space of the oil sleeve below the sealing cylinder through the channel between the inner and outer center pipes, and returns to the ground from the oil pipe through the bottom ball seat.
Unblocking: Lifting the pipe column can achieve unblocking and lifting the pipe.
Main features
It can achieve multi-level pressure sealing to meet the needs of multi-level layered water injection, oil testing, and gas testing.
Adopting a dual balance cylinder design, it increases the ability to withstand upper and lower pressure differences, achieving the problem of not being able to unseal when bearing upper pressure differences and not being able to unseal when bearing lower pressure differences.
