The Y241 series packer is mainly used for layered oil recovery, leak detection, water blockage, and fracturing.
Structure and working principle
The Y241 series packer mainly consists of five parts: setting mechanism, sealing assembly, anchoring mechanism, locking mechanism, and unsealing mechanism.
During construction, lower the tool to the sealing position as required, lift the oil pipe 70-90mm upwards, apply a positive pressure of 5-8MPa, lower the pipe column until the hanging weight is fully released, apply a pressure of 15-20MPa, stabilize for 15 minutes, and use the hydraulic cylinder of the packer to push the slip and rubber cylinder upwards. The slip catches the casing, and the rubber cylinder of the packer seals the annular space. At the same time, the hydraulic anchor extends its anchor under the action of hydraulic pressure, achieving anchoring and sealing. When backwashing the well, it can be achieved by adding hydraulic pressure to the annular space of the oil sleeve.
Unblocking: Lifting the pipe column can achieve unblocking and lifting the pipe.
