The Y211 packer is mainly used for construction measures such as sealing oil production, water injection, water finding, plugging, squeezing, acidification, and fracturing.
Structure and working principle
The Y211 packer is mainly composed of a high-temperature and high-pressure wear-resistant rubber cylinder, an integral central pipe, a friction reversing body, and a lower joint; The Kawa adopts carburizing and quenching treatment, with high hardness on the surface and high toughness in the core, which is not easy to break under impact load. The rubber cylinder is located above the slip to avoid sand burial of the slip. Simple structure and convenient operation.
Setting: When going down the well, control the pin to be on the short track. When the packer is lowered to the predetermined position, lift the pipe column to a certain height, and then lower the pipe column to make the control pin tangential to the long track, causing the slip to open and get stuck on the inner wall of the casing. Compress the rubber cylinder to complete the setting.
Unpacking: Lift up the string rubber cylinder and unseal the packer.
