Y111 packer is mainly used for sealing oil production, leak detection, water blocking, oil testing, etc. It is usually used in conjunction with mechanical slip packer or oil pipe anchor, and can also be used separately when using the bottom of the well as a fulcrum.
Structure and working principle
The Y111 packer mainly consists of an upper joint, a rubber cylinder, a central pipe, a limiting body, a lower joint, and other parts.
The Y111 packer is supported by a tail pipe or slip packer as a fulcrum. When lowering the pipe column, the upper joint and the center pipe are compressed and the rubber cylinder is lowered to seat the packer and seal the annular space of the oil sleeve; During the unsealing process, the rubber cylinder of the upward column packer is retrieved, and the packer is unsealed.
