The self-cleaning sand prevention oil and gas separator designed and manufactured by our company is used for sand prevention, gas prevention, and gas-liquid sand multiphase separation in oil wells. It is used in conjunction with oil pumps in oil wells containing sand and gas. During the oil extraction process, the self-cleaning multiphase separator is designed and manufactured using the principle of fluid mechanics. The oil enters the device through a small hole in the outer tube of the assembly, and is automatically separated by a spiral plate to achieve gas, sand, and liquid separation. The separated gas is discharged from the upper four inclined holes, and the liquid enters the internal core tube through the spiral plate and the winding tube. At the same time, the rotating oil can also wash away the remaining sand on the wall of the winding tube, achieving the purpose of self-cleaning. This separator has the function of sand and gas prevention multiphase separation, thereby improving suction efficiency, prolonging the service life of the oil pump, and increasing the economic benefits of oil recovery. It can replace the currently used metal wire wound screen tubes and laser slit screen tubes.

The oil enters the device through the small hole on the outer pipe of the device, achieving automatic separation of gas, sand, and liquid. The separated gas is discharged into the oil sleeve annulus through the upper four inclined holes; The separated sand sinks into the tail pipe or oil well; After separation, the oil enters the oil pump from the internal core tube. Due to the liquid entering the inner core tube through the spiral plate, it can also play a self-cleaning role, washing away the remaining sand on the wall of the winding tube. During this process, there are five major functions, namely double-layer filtration, sand prevention, self-cleaning, gas prevention, and sand settling.
