Structure and working principle

The device consists of a valve assembly, a spiral separator, a sand control device, and three upper, middle, and lower sections. There are exhaust holes on the upper outer pipe.

Working principle: The oil enters the device through the lower sieve tube, and goes up through the oil and gas separation joint to enter the spiral separation mechanism. The gas-liquid mixture flows upward in the spiral separation mechanism, and under the action of centrifugal force, the gas flows up along the inner side of the spiral plate due to its low density. When it floats to the top of the annular space of the composite sand prevention oil and gas separator, it is discharged into the annular space of the sleeve through the exhaust hole, Due to its high density, the liquid descends along the outer side of the spiral plate and reaches the lower part of the composite sand prevention oil and gas separator. It enters the outlet pipe through the oil and gas separation joint and is discharged by the oil pump. When the liquid passes through the gas sensitive joint, the small bubbles contained inside the liquid are filtered out, and it ascends along the annular space of the composite sand prevention oil and gas separator to the top exhaust hole for discharge. In addition, when the liquid passes through the gas sensitive joint, the sand contained inside the liquid is filtered out and sinks along the annular space of the composite sand control oil and gas separator to the sedimentation tail pipe, thereby achieving sand control function.
