The wellhead rotating device (also known as the anti eccentric wear device of the pumping unit) designed and manufactured by our company is an oil production tool that rotates the oil pipe around the centerline of the casing, allowing the entire circumference of the oil pipe to participate in friction. Through the rotation of the oil pipe, it reduces local wear between the oil pipe and the pumping rod, thereby doubling the wear time of the oil pipe and improving its service life.
Structure and working principle
The wellhead rotating device mainly consists of three parts: rotating part, indexing part, and thrust system.
When in use, seat the anti eccentric wear device of the pumping unit on the large four-way joint at the wellhead. As the oil pipe hanging inside the anti eccentric wear device of the pumping unit is a worm gear structure and is located on the large flat bearing, the kinetic energy is transmitted through the up and down movement of the smooth rod to achieve one-way micro rotation (this movement can be adjusted). The oil pipe hanging worm gear, driven by the worm, achieves a one-way forward rotation action, causing the oil pipe to rotate along with it.
