Many oil wells in China have entered the mid to late stage of production, resulting in a significant reduction in oil well production. Some oil wells are now intermittently producing or even not producing oil, resulting in high production costs and no longer meeting the needs of conventional pumping units. For such a well position, it is usually necessary to use a sealing device to seal the well. When the pressure in the well rises and oil is produced, temporary oil extraction devices such as oil recovery trucks are used for temporary oil extraction. After the extraction is completed, the well is sealed again. The wellhead environmental protection pumping device designed and manufactured by our company is a new type of wellhead sealing device that meets this need. When not in use, it is used as a wellhead sealing device. When oil extraction is needed, the gate valve is opened and an oil recovery truck is used for oil extraction. Moreover, this device will not cause crude oil leakage or pollute the environment at the end of oil extraction.
Structure and working principle
The environmental protection suction device at the wellhead consists of a sealing device (sealing device shell, gate plate, screw, etc.), oil outlet pipeline, oil outlet pipeline gate valve, pressure sensor connector, pressure sensor connector plug, connecting flange, main plug, auxiliary oil scraping device, etc.
When it is necessary to seal the well, rotate the screw and close the gate tightly to seal the wellhead; When oil needs to be salvaged, remove the main plug, connect the oil pumping device, rotate the screw to open the gate valve of the sealing device and the gate valve on the oil outlet pipeline.

1. Equipped with well shutdown and blowout function: When a blowout occurs during the pumping process, the closed steel wire rope can be closed in a timely manner to prevent oil, gas, and water mixture from spraying out and polluting the ground.
2. Equipped with pressure relief function: complete the suction of the rubber bucket into the wellhead, achieving pressure relief and liquid release.
3. Equipped with cleaning function: During the suction of the rubber bucket and the lifting device of the weighting rod, the body is cleaned through a closed annular space to ensure that there is no crude oil or mixed liquid attached.
4. Capable of sealing pressure resistance, remote pressure transmission, and blowout function (with remote pressure transmission function separately equipped).
5. After the pumping is completed, due to the inner diameter of the short circuit at the lower end of the device being greater than the outer diameter of the pumping barrel, an oil drainage chamber is formed to achieve the oil drainage function.
6. Due to the oil resistant rubber embedded in the gate plate of the production gate, the steel wire rope can be sealed in a timely manner, which can prevent the mixed liquid from spraying out during the pumping process and pollute the wellhead environment.
7. The upper end of the pumping device is equipped with an oil scraping device, which can clean the well fluid on the pump and weighting rod into the well after the pumping is completed, achieving environmentally friendly production.
8. The lifting installation is convenient, and there is a lifting hole designed at the upper end plug.
