The new multifunctional suction device designed and manufactured by our company consists of a suction assembly and a self-cleaning multiphase separation assembly. It is used in oil wells containing sand and gas. During the suction process, the suction assembly completes the pumping function.
Structure and working principle
The device consists of two main parts: a suction assembly and a self-cleaning multiphase separation assembly, as shown in the figure.
(1) Suction assembly
The suction assembly is designed according to the required flow rate of the self-cleaning multiphase separation assembly, and our specific matching suction assembly avoids energy waste and fully ensures high efficiency of oil extraction during operation.
(2) Self cleaning multiphase separation assembly
The self-cleaning multiphase separation assembly is designed and manufactured using the principles of fluid mechanics. It is connected to the suction assembly and then lowered into the oil well. The oil enters the device through the small hole on the outer pipe of the device, achieving automatic separation of gas, sand, and liquid. The separated gas is discharged into the annular space of the oil sleeve through the upper four inclined holes; The separated sand sinks into the tail pipe or oil well; After separation, the oil enters the suction section from the internal core tube. Due to the liquid entering the inner core tube through the spiral plate, it can also play a self-cleaning role, washing away the remaining sand on the wall of the winding tube. During this process, there are five major functions, namely double-layer filtration, sand prevention, self-cleaning, gas prevention, and sand settling.

main features
1. Double layer filtration effectively reduces the sand content of the oil.
2. The stainless steel metal wire wound sieve tube increases the area of fluid flow and also has the advantage of corrosion prevention.
3. There is a spiral attached to the inner tube, which can wash away the attached sand and gravel, prevent the gap between the winding wires from being blocked, and play a self-cleaning role.
4. In the spiral channel, due to the spiral operation of the mixed liquid, the gas is first separated from the liquid, and the separated gas is discharged into the oil sleeve annular space through the upper four inclined holes, playing a gas prevention role.
5. Solid-liquid separation can be achieved, and the separated sand settles into the connected sand settling tube, thereby achieving the sand settling function.
