The adjustable skewed rod sealer designed and manufactured by our company can be widely used in oil wells where sealing failure is caused by eccentric wear of the packing and frequent replacement of the packing.
Structure and working principle
This adjustable polarizing rod sealer has the following characteristics:
The use of upper and lower secondary sealing mechanisms ensures safe and reliable sealing.
The upper packing is the main seal, and the integral conical spiral seal ring is adopted. It is made of cloth oil resistant nitrile rubber, with high strength, good extrusion resistance, aging resistance and strong compensation performance.
The lower root is a secondary seal. When the upper root needs to be replaced, the lower root plays a sealing role, which achieves the goal of replacing the upper root without stopping the well and venting, avoiding crude oil loss and increasing production. Secondly, the lower disc root mainly serves as a straightening rod during use, avoiding excessive wear and tear on the upper disc root.
The lower plate root is made of polytetrafluoroethylene, which has good thermal stability, anti friction and self-lubricating properties, as well as acid and alkali resistance, oil resistance, and aging resistance. The unique cross-sectional shape of the design allows for significant radial deformation of the sealing ring when subjected to axial compression, resulting in good radial compensation performance. At the same time, it also has good liquid self sealing and self
lubricating properties.
The upper disc root box is equipped with a disc spring. When the disc root is worn, the disc spring releases its elastic potential energy, increasing the automatic compensation performance of the disc root after wear, without the need for frequent tightening of the disc root. Secondly, it reduces the compression damage of the gland on the packing during tightening, in order to extend the service life of the packing.
The upper and lower connecting flanges adopt spherical sealing, which can adjust the direction within a 360 degree range, allowing the sealing device to have a maximum deviation function of 5 degrees, thereby avoiding the problem of sealing failure caused by eccentric wear of the sealing device root caused by the deviation between the pumping rod and the sealing device.
